The MoCaFi Immediate Response Incentive Mastercard® is a prepaid card that is funded by a Sponsor municipality or organization with a predetermined dollar value. Additional funds may be added by the Sponsor, however, it is not possible for the cardholder to load funds onto the card.

This card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., an FDIC member located in St. Paul, MN 55103, under a license from Mastercard International. Mobility Capital Finance, Inc. acts as the program partner and oversees the management of the card.
